Notes:

  • Exporting leads can only be done on Paid plans. You can upgrade here.

  • To export, you must be in List View. You cannot use Card View to export leads.

Export your records

  1. Open your prospects, leads, or deals page. Then click the checkbox for the individual records you want to export, or click the arrow at the top checkbox to select all records.

  2. If not using the 'Select All' arrow, include more records in your results by clicking the dropdown for the number of records below your results and changing it to a higher number.

  3. Click Manage and select Export.

  4. Name your export if desired. Then click Confirm.

Once your export is complete, you’ll see a notification on the alerts icon.

See your exported lists and history

  1. Click the History tab.

  2. Click the Exports tab.

  3. Download the export by clicking the checkbox to the left of the export name.

  4. Click Download in the bottom right corner.

*The exported file will also be sent via email from Invelo.
