Having sufficient funds in your Invelo wallet will enable you to run marketing campaigns, order services like skip tracing, or add additional List Builder credits to your account (Paid plans only - upgrade here).

View your wallet

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right and select My Account.

  2. Click the Wallet tab.

  3. Here, you can see your wallet balance, payment method, and transaction history.

Add wallet funds

There are two ways to add funds to your wallet:

  • Under My Account > Wallet (as shown above), click Add Funds.

  • Click your wallet balance in the top right.

Then complete the following steps:

  1. Click one of the predetermined amounts, or manually enter an amount (a minimum of $50 is required).

  2. (Optional) Select the auto-recharge checkbox to automatically add funds to your Invelo wallet once it hits a certain balance. For example, you can select this option and choose to recharge $500 once your wallet balance reaches $100.

Click Confirm.

Important: If you plan to run marketing campaigns, ensure that you enable auto-recharge. The auto-recharge amount should be equal to or greater than the cost of any marketing sequence so campaigns don't get disrupted by insufficient funds.
