Team management is only accessible on the Professional plan.

To invite a team member as a Professional plan user, go to 'My Account'

Click on 'Team' in the headings

Then click on 'Invite user' in the right corner and type in their details in the box that pops up. and click invite.

Only users that sign up via this invite will be added to your team.
