When you run a skip trace, Invelo won't duplicate the phone numbers you already have. However, if the skip trace finds those same numbers for the same contacts, you will still be charged for that skip trace.

Refunds for skip tracing are only issued if Invelo doesn't find any contact information (phone number, email, mailing address) for the property or its contacts.
